Wynonna Judd’s daughter Grace Kelley has been arrested for the third time this year.
PEOPLE can confirm Kelley, 28, was arrested in Albemarle County, Va. on Sunday, Oct. 27 and faces seven charges — including three counts of felony grand larceny.
She was also charged with driving without a license, destruction of property with intent, failure to use headlights and setting in motion a vehicle with intent to commit a crime, per the Albermarle County Police Department.
The Daily Progress reported the daughter of Judd, 60, and Arch Kelley III was arrested after stealing a Charlottesville church’s van, which the Ground Zero Church of the Nazarene also confirmed on a GoFundMe page.
On the fundraising page, which has raised $2,593 for a new van out of its $30,000 goal as of publication, Kent Hart — the church’s lead pastor — shared a statement: “On October 27th, our green church van and trailer were stolen from in front of our pastor’s home by Grace Pauline Kelley. Grace is currently in police custody. The van was damaged during the theft and after being inspected by a body shop, the insurance has determined it to be a total loss.”
He added: “We want the community to know that on a personal level, we have forgiven Grace Kelley.”
“Even though we have suffered that loss, we’re just really hoping the community helps us out,” Hart, 31, tells PEOPLE. “I’m not sure what we would get from Grace, as far as you know, replacement, and we’re not really even going that way. We’re just forgiving her, and we’re trusting the Lord to provide for our needs.”
Per The Daily Progress, Hart allegedly chased down Kelley when he saw the van pulling out of his driveway and followed her to Virginia Route 20 where he tried to box her in after she drove around his Chevrolet Yukon.
A rep for Judd did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.
In August, Kelley was arrested for the second time this year in Georgia and booked in Carroll County Jail on three counts. She was released the following day on $2,750 bond, per an arrest record obtained by PEOPLE.
Kelley was charged with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, driving with a suspended/revoked license and not using motorcycle equipment properly, according to the record.
Four months prior, Kelley was arrested in Alabama on charges of indecent exposure and obstructing governmental operations, per the local news outlet AL.com.
A week later, on April 11, she was hit with another charge. Kelley allegedly exposed “her breasts and lower body” on a busy highway in Alabama and was charged with soliciting prostitution. Her bond was set to $2,000, before being increased to $2,500.
According to The Daily News, Kelley’s charge of soliciting prostitution was dropped, and the indecent exposure charge was reduced to public lewdness,
Local news outlet WSFA reported that Kelley pleaded guilty to both the remaining charges of public lewdness and obstructing government operations. She was ordered to pay $200 with the former charge, and her 90-day jail sentence was suspended. She landed 60 days in jail for the latter charge and was released on May 23.
