Sean “Diddy” Combs faces five new lawsuits filed in the Southern District of New York on October 14, accusing the rapper of rape, drugging, anal sex and threatening to kill the victims, Page Six reported.

According to court documents, an unnamed woman claims that in 2004 (when she was just 19 years old), she was invited by Diddy to a photo shoot, and was then raped by him in a Manhattan hotel room.

At the “more private party,” the college student said she was taken to a separate room where the door was locked and she claims Diddy assaulted her. “The Revolt founder allegedly threatened to kill both (the victim and her friend) if they did not comply,” the document reads.

In another filing, an unnamed man accused Diddy of sexually assaulting him in a department store warehouse in 2008. Another man also accused Combs of drugging and raping him in his truck outside a white party in 2006, despite his repeated pleas.

The other two complaints came from two people who allegedly attended Diddy’s parties between 1995 and 1998. The victims were very young at the time. One of the two victims said Combs invited her to a party promoting Biggie Smalls’s music video One More Chance in 1995, then sexually assaulted her. She said Combs “violently beat her, slamming her head against the wall” before raping her.

The rap mogul’s legal team has yet to comment on the five allegations.

Diddy has denied all charges since his arrest in mid-September. The rapper remains in isolation at the Metropolitan Detention Center
