STARSKY and Hutch star David Soul left an £181,000 estate — but no will.
His wife, Helen Snell, has been named as its administrator after the US actor died intestate in January aged 80.
He died ‘intestate’, which means he did not leave a will spelling out exactly who should benefit from his estate.
David, who was in 92 episodes of the hit 1970s cop show, married five times and lived in Sevenoaks, Kent, with Helen.
His estate is expected to pass to her, with his five sons and one daughter from previous relationships not formally receiving anything.
Soul played super-cool New York policeman Hutch alongside Paul Michael Glaser’s Starsky.
The 50-minute programme aired on Saturday nights on BBC TV, was a ratings hit and made household names of the show’s major actors.
Soul later moved to England and appeared on stage in the West End.
And he had a successful singing career with No.1 hits with Don’t Give Up On Us and Silver Lady.
He was a heavy smoker for 50 years and had health problems linked to his lungs prior to his death in January this year.
