Machine Gun Kelly Opens Up About Expecting His First Child with Megan Fox
Machine Gun Kelly broke his silence after fiancée Megan Fox announced that they are expecting their first baby together.
“Isolating myself in the desert next week to restart this album from scratch,” Kelly, 34, wrote via X on Monday, November 25. “When inspiration flows through me unblocked, we will reach the destination in no time. Don’t worry.”
He added, “After all, I’m about to be a dad again!”
Earlier this month, Fox, 38, revealed she is pregnant with her and Kelly’s rainbow baby. Last year, the Transformers star shared that she suffered a miscarriage during the couple’s relationship.
“Nothing is ever really lost,” Fox wrote via Instagram alongside a series of snaps showing off her baby bump. “Welcome back 👼🏼❤️.”
The first picture featured a nude Fox covered in what appeared to be black paint. She posed on her knees as she cradled her bump. Kelly’s page was tagged on her stomach. The second photo showed off her positive pregnancy test. Comments on the post were turned off.
Fox is already the mother of three sons: Noah, 11, Bodhi, 9, and Journey, 7, whom she welcomed with ex-husband Brian Austin Green. Kelly (real name Colson Baker), shares daughter Casie, 15, with ex Emma Cannon.
Fox and Kelly began their romance in 2020 after meeting on the set of their film Midnight in the Switchgrass. Two years later, Kelly proposed but the couple have yet to walk down the aisle. In November 2023, Fox opened up about how her previous pregnancy loss took a toll on her and the musician’s relationship.
“I had never been through anything like that before in my life,” she said during a Good Morning America interview. “I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us, and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately and together and apart … trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean?’ and ‘Why did this happen?’”
After news broke of their pregnancy announcement, a source exclusively told Us Weekly that the duo couldn’t be more excited to expand their family.
“They are both thrilled and excited to be parents together,” the insider shared. “The pregnancy is bringing them closer.”
The source noted that the twosome’s relationship is “on a much better path” now. As they prepare to welcome their little one, Kelly “has made some huge life changes to be the best partner and parent that he can be.”
“They’ve always been rocky and had their ups and downs,” a second source added at the time. “But they have been proactive in therapy and very spiritual and honest with one another.”
