Louise Redknapp, 49, Celebrates Her ‘Best Year Yet’ and Shares Her Love Story
Louise Redknapp will have her “best year yet”, a close source has said, ahead of the media personality’s 50th birthday.
The former Eternal signer will celebrate her milestone birthday on November 4, with the heartbreak of recent years and her surprise split from Jamie Redknapp, well behind her.
“With her 50th birthday coming up, this is going to be the best year yet for Louise. She looks amazing, her career is flourishing and she’s never been more in love,” the source told the Mirror.

“People forget Louise has been through a lot and had a massive career – it’s like she’s lived a lot of lives. Going through such a public heartbreak was tough, but she’s more confident now and is really blossoming.”
While still getting over the end of her relationship with the former Liverpool midfielder in 2017, Louise was dealt another savage blow when her former beau remarried in 2021 to model Frida Andersson before welcoming in a son a month later.
Following the breakdown of her 19-year marriage, Louise said she was content being single for the sake of her son. However, that all went out the window last year when Louise fell for ex-army man Drew Michael. The loved-up pair have been inseparable ever since, first stepping out together in September 2023, with nuptials potentially on the horizon.
Another close source said: “Marriage could definitely be on the cards again for Louise – her new relationship is so different to any other she’s been in.
“Drew is very supportive of everything she does. We could be hearing wedding bells very soon.”
Louise’s upcoming birthday may well mark a new chapter for the singer turned fashion icon. After years of supporting her footballer husband’s career, she has her head down reviving her own and focussing on her sons.
The source added: “She loves having her fashion range with Peacocks, and is just having fun. When she was married to a footballer, her life revolved around going to games and his career. At times, hers was forced to take a back seat but now she is a point where she can put herself first.”
