The singer, 39, cut a glamorous appearance as she wowed in a chic black off the shoulder dress.

She paired the stylish midi dress with black tights, simple black heels and a clutch bag as she made her way to the venue.

Meanwhile her red locks were pinned in a sleek up do and she accessorised the look with silver dangly earrings.

Busy socialising, Lily had come straight from attending the Harper’s Bazaar Art Party in partnership with Tiffany & Co. at Mark’s Club.

Last week Lily hit up Chiltern Firehouse two nights in a row after she joined a host of stars to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the celebrity hotspot on Thursday before returning for the Friday night.

Lily was joined by the likes of Sienna Miller, Ellie Goulding and Isla Fisher as they partied until the early hours of 4am to mark the occasion.

However the hitmaker also sparked concern from her fans after she showed off her slender frame in a revealing dress.

The actress put on a daring display as she stepped out for the party in London on Thursday evening while donning a strapless, sheer Aadenvik gown.

But when she shared images of herself posing in the racy ensemble on Instagram afterwards, many of her devoted supporters expressed concern about her weight.

According to News.com.au, the comment section of her post was flooded with messages from ‘worried’ users, who begged her to ‘look after herself.’

‘You’re beautiful but I’m worried, are you OK?’ one person asked, per the publication.

‘Please look after yourself,’ said another.

Lily has since turned off all comments on the post.

One of the snaps showed the pop star posing for a mirror selfie in the intricate white gown, which she paired with tan underwear, a sparkling belt, and silver Jimmy Choo stilettos.

Another image featured her staring seductively at the camera with her hand on her hip.

The whimsical dress, which included a boned corset, floral applique, wispy feathers, and a thigh-high split, left her shoulders and long legs on full display.

She added a white Tyler Ellis clutch bag to her look and accessorized with a chunky silver ring, an eye-popping bangle, and dangling earrings.

She swept her red locks back into a high bun and wore striking makeup for the outing.

Lily previously hit back at body-shamers in 2021, after she received comments about her size on a video she had posted.

When one fan said they had ‘never seen her that thin,’ the musician insisted she was at her healthiest.

At the time, she revealed she was ‘two years completely sober’ and ‘exercising every day.’

‘Worried about you Lily. I feel like we’ve grown up together and I’ve never see you this thin,’ the Instagram user wrote.
