Conjoined Twins Abby and Brittany Hensel Share Photo With Abby’s Stepdaughter Isabella
Conjoined twins Abby and Brittany Hensel are keeping their family close.
The TLC alums shared an adorable look at an ice cream date they went on with Abby’s husband Josh Bowling and his daughter Isabella.
In a video shared to TikTok Oct. 30, the twins, wearing a tie-dye tank dress, held onto a cone of chocolate ice cream with one hand and Abby’s stepdaughter Isabella—clad in a maroon dress—with the other. On their other side, Josh—rocking a navy blue polo shirt and cargo shorts—smiled wide while enjoying his own cup of the frozen dessert.
And that wasn’t the only insight the sisters, 34, gave into their blended family. Along with the new shot, the slideshow clip included several other sweet moments between the foursome, such as Isabella posing with her dad and stepmom at their wedding back in 2021.
Using the carousel of images to pass along an important message, Abby and Brittany captioned the TikTok, “Don’t forget to #vote!”
The Hensel sisters—who are dicephalus conjoined twins, having been born fused together at the torso—haven’t always been as open about offering glimpses into their private life. After their TLC series, Abby & Brittany, came to an end in 2012, the reality TV personalities took a step back from the spotlight for over a decade.
Then in March, the press reported that Abby had privately married Josh in 2021, causing the twins—who now work as elementary school teachers—to receive renewed attention.
And while they have garnered a lot of support from fans since then, they’ve also shared their honest reactions to some of the negativity that has come from being more active online.
