The event, held at the Hotel Shangri-La, marked a significant milestone for the 20-year-old, who dazzled in a custom baby blue Valentino gown.
Paltrow, 52, took to Instagram to share moments from what she described as “a special long weekend in Paris.”
In addition to the ball, the family explored the city’s art and culture, including a gallery visit with Paltrow’s mother, Blythe Danner, and a peaceful park moment shared by Martin, 47, and their son, Moses, 18.
Apple’s bespoke gown, crafted with layers of silk plissé chiffon and a striking black bow, reportedly took 750 hours to complete
According to Vogue, the college junior was styled with sleek, straight blonde hair and natural makeup, perfectly complementing the elegance of the evening.
The annual Le Bal des Débutantes, known for blending tradition and charity, brings together daughters of European royalty and A-list celebrities for their societal debut.
Proceeds from the event benefit children’s health initiatives, including the cardiology research unit ARCFA of Necker-Enfants Malades Hospital and Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital, both dedicated to advancing pediatric care worldwide.

Despite their divorce in 2016, Paltrow and Martin have maintained a close relationship for the sake of their children.
Their united front at the ball was a testament to their continued co-parenting efforts.
Paltrow, who remarried TV producer Brad Falchuk in 2018, has often spoken fondly of Apple, describing her as “an amazing best friend” and reflecting on the emotional challenges of being an empty nester.
In a candid Instagram post from October, Paltrow shared: “I have waves of grief and sadness… I’m kind of getting back in touch with this part of myself that I haven’t felt like since I was in my 20s before I had kids.”
Apple, currently in her third year at Vanderbilt University, returned to Europe for the occasion, while her brother Moses, attending Brown University, also made the trip
