According to The Post , in a filing on October 22 (US time), Sean “Diddy” Combs was accused of sexually assaulting a businessman at a liquor brand event in 2022.

The lawsuit says the Bad Boys Records founder invited the Los Angeles businessman into his private office at a party and then stripped naked. The victim, identified only as John Doe (whose name has been changed), said: “Combs continued to move closer and touched my private parts and sexually assaulted me.”

John Doe said he was “frozen, shocked and disoriented” because he didn’t know how to react to the rap mogul’s harassment. But luckily, the attack was stopped by a famous athlete – identified in the lawsuit as “Professional Athlete A”.

“The plaintiff then quickly ran out of the room and left the party,” the document reads.

In the petition, the businessman explained that he attended the party because Diddy promised that many big names in the entertainment industry would attend. This could help the businessman expand his relationships, which would facilitate business. However, the party quickly turned into a nightmare.

Along with the complaint, Doe attached a photo of Diddy sitting on a couch with a group of other celebrities. Their faces were covered.

This is the latest in a series of new sexual harassment lawsuits filed against Diddy. A day earlier, in a lawsuit filed in New York federal court, Jane Doe (name changed), alleged that Diddy attacked her after a party at the VMAs in 2000. The victim was 13 years old at the time.

“Combs, accompanied by a male and female celebrity, entered the room. He aggressively approached the plaintiff with a crazed look in his eyes, grabbed her and said, ‘You’re ready to ‘party,'” the 19-page document states.

The lawsuit was filed by attorney Tony Buzbee, who is representing 120 individuals in a civil lawsuit accusing Diddy of sex crimes spanning more than three decades.
