In a bizarre court request filed in Los Angeles, a woman asked a judge for a restraining order from Angelina Jolie, calling the actress “deranged.”
According to the court documents, obtained by The Mirror, the woman alleged that Angelina was “using witchcraft for trafficking in violation of no conduct order.” She further claims that she reported her concerns in 2010 when Angelina allegedly “stalked” her homes. She added: “I was threatened through hypnotic connections verbally. She’s mentally deranged and opposes herself to be in relation to me. When she clearly isn’t she psycho defective disorders [sic].”
The woman accused Angelina of “creating hallucinations and delusions associated with schizophrenia. Experiencing auditory hallucinations and others.” She express concern that Angelina was allegedly “harassing” her “through multiple people” and was “assisting a child trafficker wanted for other associated crimes of harassment as well.”
The woman further alleged that Angelina “fantasizes” about committing murder to “other people’s child [sic].” According to the request, the woman claimed her father was present as a witness to some of this alleged behavior.
When prompted on the form to specify what actions she’d like Angelina to be prohibited from doing, she wrote in, “Stop committing unlawful acts for trafficking. Acknowledge the fact that people won’t tolerate being victimized by your behavior.” Plus, she asked the court to “tell the respondent you won’t be in violation of my civil & human rights [sic].”
In addition to a restraining order, the woman is asking for Angelina to shell out funds to cover her attorney and filing fees — an amount totaling $300. The case was filed on Oct. 9 without seeing any additional action until Oct. 31. A recent court filing indicates that the papers were returned for correction, but “The Proposed Order does not reflect outcome of the hearing.”
Angelina previously divulged her connection to witchcraft, but never claimed to have used it against someone else. “Women could be accused of witchcraft for having an independent sex life, for speaking their mind on politics or religion, or for dressing differently,” she wrote in an essay for Elle. “Had I lived in earlier times, I could have been burnt at the stake many times over for simply being myself.”
The Mirror contacted both the woman and a representative for Angelina Jolie.
