An anonymous man has accused Diddy of using his work relationship to lure him into his private room and sexually assault him. Luckily, a famous athlete appeared in time to prevent things from going any further.

According to Fox News , while Diddy ( Sean Combs ) was in jail awaiting trial, the rapper continued to face five new sexual assault lawsuits. Among them, an unnamed man (referred to as John Doe) accused the powerful rapper of sexually harassing him at a celebrity-filled party in 2022. According to John Doe, he and Combs had a business relationship at the time, so he was invited to the party to promote the ” music mogul’s” liquor business called Ciroc.

The man said he was invited to the party by Diddy to mingle with other celebrities in the entertainment industry. While the party was going on, the I’ll Be Missing You singer invited John Doe into his private office. The man followed him because he believed the two were about to have a serious business discussion. According to the story, at that time Combs was drunk and acted strangely, he approached the man, took off his pants, and exposed his sensitive parts to the other person. “Combs then continued to move closer and grabbed the plaintiff’s genitals through his pants, squeezing them roughly and provocatively,” the lawsuit stated.

According to the legal documents, the situation then continued to “escalate” until a professional athlete entered the office and intervened, ending Diddy’s behavior. “At this point, Plaintiff escaped from Combs and left the office. After escaping the office, Plaintiff left the party to return home,” the lawsuit states.

The man claims he was left “shocked and disoriented” after the unwanted encounter. He also said he was momentarily paralyzed by the strange and inappropriate sexual harassment by the 1969-born artist. He is asking for a jury trial to determine damages for all physical injuries, emotional distress, psychological harm, impact on mental health, family life and other harm.

Diddy’s lawyer has not yet responded to the above case.

Previously, the 55-year-old rapper’s legal team denied that Combs sexually abused anyone, including minors. “As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address the baseless allegations that have now become a reckless media farce. However, Mr. Combs firmly and unequivocally denies that any allegations that he sexually abused anyone, including minors, are false and defamatory. He looks forward to proving his innocence and clearing his name in a court of law where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation,” Erica Wolff, an attorney for Diddy, said in a statement.

Also according to Fox News , the rapper’s legal team has just requested an order “restraining extrajudicial statements “ from potential government witnesses and their lawyers in a letter dated October 20. This move comes in the context of civil lawsuits against Combs continuing to pile up. In this document, they clearly state that Sean Combs has the right to a fair trial, not influenced by biased statements in the press.

Diddy is currently in custody in Brooklyn, New York, on charges of conspiracy to commit extortion, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has so far denied all charges. Judge Arun Subramania has set Combs’ trial to begin on May 5, 2025.
