‘The only person who can change your life is you,’ Mellencamp, 43, wrote alongside a video of herself working out.
‘We have two options: pretend to be a victim or stand up and fight for yourself. We all deserve peace and happiness,’ she continued.
‘I have cried and mourned. I have taken accountability and apologized for things I have done wrong. Now, I have given myself permission to grow and thrive.’
She concluded, ‘There are three sides to every story. How can I stand up and show up for the people that do matter? This is called being an adult. This is what saying it with my full chest means.’
On Wednesday, Arroyave, the founder and CEO of Skyline Security, 47, revealed how he avoids ‘ungratefulness and bitterness’ by making a point to appreciate the blessings in his life.
‘If you are having trouble with finding faith, increase your gratitude. If you are having trouble with finding gratitude, increase your forgiveness,’ he reminded his more than 65,000 Instagram followers.
He continued: ‘Because they are inseparable, forgiveness and gratitude will always complement each other: Forgiveness unlocks gratitude and allows gratitude to unleash love.’
Arroyave concluded his post by writing that ‘love always vibrates at the highest frequency.’

‘I once again, say the same statement I said before – the kids, they’re the priority; for the time being that’s all I’m going to discuss on this,’ Teddi said. ‘Small kids are involved, family members – you don’t want to throw other people under the bus.
