According to Business Insider, “ rap mogul ” Diddy will not give up on his intention to apply for bail. However, the male singer may face additional charges as more people come forward to accuse him.
While the team of lawyers representing Sean Combs (a.k.a. Diddy) filed a third appeal in hopes of having their client released on bail, more people spoke out accusing the famous star of sexual harassment and assault. The case continues to receive great attention from the public.
Prosecutors are currently analyzing data from nearly 100 devices seized from Diddy’s mansion. A prosecutor said the 54-year-old star could be investigated for drug and weapons charges based on evidence seized by the US Department of Homeland Security.

Investigators found three rifles and two magazines with a total of 29 large-caliber bullets in a closet at Diddy’s mansion.
When Diddy was arrested at a Manhattan hotel in mid-September, agents found bags of pink powder in his room that looked very similar to the evidence they had previously seized. The powder tested positive for ecstasy and other drugs.
Recent lawsuits allege Diddy provided narcotics used to sedate victims, rendering them submissive.
In an October 16 complaint, an anonymous person accused Diddy of lacing baby oil to massage victims before committing acts of sexual violence. The case file also stated that Diddy mixed narcotics into alcoholic drinks served at white parties.
This person revealed that he was sexually abused when he was only 16 years old. He also published a photo of the two of them together at Diddy’s famous white party.
The victim recounted that he received an invitation to Diddy’s party with the promise of meeting key figures in the entertainment industry. “I thought, this is a great opportunity for me to step into the world music industry ,” he said.
According to attorney Tony Buzbee, who represents 120 victims who filed lawsuits against Diddy, famous stars always use job opportunities and fame as bait for victims.
Selma Fonseca, who admitted to attending at least five parties hosted by the hip-hop mogul, revealed that Diddy’s parties served the best food and drinks to guests. He also said that seeing women dressed provocatively right in front of him was a normal thing at the “rap mogul’s” parties.
The white parties were held at the East Hampton, New York mansion or in Beverly Hills. What has gone on behind the closed doors of Diddy’s mansion over the past decades still makes many people curious.
According to Business Insider, the scope of the case was expanded when a new or supplemental indictment named defendants involved in Diddy’s extortion crimes.

Diddy was arrested in New York (USA) on September 16. The “rap kingpin” was accused of a series of serious sexual crimes such as prostitution, extortion, and rape.
In just one month, hundreds of people claiming to be Diddy’s victims have come forward to accuse and file lawsuits against Diddy in court. Many of them confirmed that they were sexually abused as minors.
Previously, singer Cassie Ventura – Diddy’s ex-girlfriend – accused and filed a lawsuit against the rapper for “using money and power to cover up evidence of physical and mental abuse.”
According to the indictment released by the US Department of Homeland Security Investigations, Diddy and members of the Combs Enterprise group, including senior supervisors, security officers, family staff and personal assistants, are accused of organizing multiple Freak Offs – gatherings of sex, drug use.
Diddy controlled his victims in a variety of ways, including physical violence, promises of job opportunities, and threats to cut off financial support. The rapper also used other coercive measures: tracking the victims’ whereabouts and medical records, providing them with addictive substances, etc.
As of October 19, more than 120 victims have come forward, but Diddy still denies the charges. The singer is willing to pay $50 million to be released on bail, but has been denied three times. Diddy’s trial is scheduled to continue on May 5, 2025.

On October 17, Diddy made a surprise post on his personal page, believed to have been made from prison. The 54-year-old star sent birthday wishes to his 2-year-old daughter, the result of his relationship with his lover Dana Tran.
Diddy posted a photo with his daughter with the caption: “Happy birthday my love. I love you.” According to prison regulations, Diddy is allowed to spend 1 hour a week with his family.
