Revealing New Details Surrounding Liam Payne’s Tragic Fall
Police are questioning two women who may be key witnesses in the death of Liam Payne in Argentina.
According to the Argentine news agency Infobae, two women may have been with Liam Payne on the night of October 15 (local time), before the tragedy occurred the following afternoon. “The two have been located and questioned by police and prosecutors,” the news agency said. Some of their names were published on national television.
The Mirror added: “Prosecutors questioned five people, including two women who were with Liam before he died. They were together in the hotel room where drugs and alcohol were found. Women A and B have completed their statements.”
Local authorities said two women were believed to have left the hotel before Liam fell. They are considered “key witnesses” rather than suspects. Police are continuing to investigate and it is unclear who supplied Payne with the drugs.

One Direction members spoke out a day after the 31-year-old singer’s death. Zayn Malik sent an emotional message: “Liam, I’m speaking very loudly, I hope you can hear me. I can’t help but be selfish when I think we have so many other conversations in our lives. I never thanked you for supporting me through some of the hardest times in my life.” Along with it was a photo of the two sleeping in a car.
Malik mentioned previous conflicts with Payne, admitting to pushing a co-worker against a wall during an argument. Calling Payne his “little brother,” Malik continued: “Even though you’re younger than me, you’ve always been smarter than me. You’re stubborn, opinionated, and you don’t tell people when they’re wrong. But when we argue, I always respect you.”
Meanwhile, Harry Styles revealed that Payne was open, radiated good energy, had a warm personality, and was always supportive and loving to everyone. “The years we spent together will forever be the most precious times of my life. I will always miss him, my dear friend.”
Louis Tomlinson expressed his gratitude for Payne’s help in the band. He said the two were close, talking on the phone for hours, reminiscing about their memories together. Now, Tomlinson wishes he could share the stage with Payne again, but that was not possible.
Niall Horan, like the rest of One Direction, couldn’t believe his eyes when he read the shocking news from his colleagues.
