Nick Jonas fled for safety during his concert in Prague on Tuesday night after a laser was pointed at the singer.
In a video obtained by Fox News Digital, Jonas is seen sitting behind a piano on stage when he suddenly stands up and signals “time’s up,” using the widely recognized ASL sign.
The singer, 32, took a break while continuing to sign autographs, running down the stairs and continuing through a lane between two lines of fan barriers.

Jonas and his brothers, Kevin and Joe, are currently on their “Jonas Brothers World Tour,” celebrating their fifth album. According to social media, Kevin and Joe left the stage shortly after their brother.
Additional video recorded during the concert and posted online in slow motion shows a laser hovering over Jonas’ head.
The O2 Arena, the Prague concert venue where the men performed, confirmed to Variety that the laser was the cause of the onstage exodus. “We can confirm that the Jonas Brothers performance was interrupted for a few minutes due to the use of a prohibited laser pointer,” a spokesperson said. “The organizers responded to this fact. The band continued performing after a few minutes.”
Representatives for Jonas and his brothers did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment. Joe has taken to social media since the incident, sharing several videos but not mentioning the scare.

Fans online were horrified by the situation, with many writing that musicians should not have to worry about security at their shows.
“This is terrifying… and could have dire consequences, so stop complaining about artists having to cancel their shows,” one user wrote to X.
“He was so scared. This breaks my heart. He is a father and a husband first. People need to be more mindful,” another lamented.

Unfortunately for Jonas, this isn’t the first time he’s had an on-stage mishap. Last year, during a concert in Boston, he awkwardly fell into a pit while performing. He quickly got up and continued, but was clearly startled.
The brothers are scheduled to play in Kraków, Poland tonight.
