Gleb Savchenko Reveals His Daughter Saw His TikTok Kiss with Brooks Nader and Wanted ‘the Tea’
“[My daughter] sent me that Tik Tok that went viral when me and Brooks are making out backstage she was like, ‘Dad, I want all the tea,'” Savchenko revealed
Gleb Savchenko is being honest about his feelings for Dancing with the Stars partner Brooks Nader.
On an Oct. 15 episode of Boyfriend Material with Harry Jowsey, the DWTS pro opened up about his romance with Nader.
After the two sparked dating rumors when a video leaked of him and the Sports Illustrated model kissing backstage, Savchenko revealed fans weren’t the only people who had questions about their status.
“[My daughter] sent me that Tik Tok that went viral when me and Brooks are making out backstage she was like, ‘Dad, I want all the tea,’” he laughed. “Because there’s a lot of things on Tik Tok and she’s just watching that like, ‘No I want all the tea.’ I was like, ‘Okay shut up.’”
“Did you tell them?” Jowsey questioned, referring to Savchenko’s 13-year-old daughter Olivia and 7-year-old daughter Zlata, who she shares with ex-wife Elena Samodanova. The two split in 2020 after nearly 15 years of marriage.
“Not yet, no, because I tell her, she’s going to tell her mom, and just, yeah, not going to go there,” he replied, seemingly indicating there is more to the relationship than that kiss.
Tapping into his spiritual side, Savchenko revealed he spent a lot of time in Joshua Tree and at retreats journaling and manifesting ahead of season 33 of DWTS. One thing he wrote down in hopes of finding was a property there, and within a few months, he found a home.
Another thing he wished for was a “perfect” partner, and then he was paired with Nader.
“In one of the pages [of the journal] I described a perfect person, and I wrote all the things, and Brooks hits 99% of it,” he explained. “She’s really, really cool.”
“I wasn’t planning on meeting anyone,” he continued, going on to talk about his recent breakup with ex-girlfriend Elena Belle. “I was going through – I broke up with my girlfriend of 3 years and I was going through a lot, just wanted to be on my own. Never planned anything.”
Adding that finding out who he gets paired with on DWTS is nerve-wracking, even comparing it to “a box of chocolate” where “you don’t know who you’re going to get,” Savchenko said he got lucky with Nader.
“I have a great partner, we get along very well, and she’s the one who started this whole thing like, ‘Let’s do TikToks, let’s do TikToks!’” he said. “And she’s so good with this — so good it’s insane — she’s like natural. She just picks a sound like, ‘Okay, what do we do?’ Like producing the whole thing. I love it.”
