Irina Shayk Discusses Her Comeback to Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show After Walking Pregnant in 2016: ‘Here We Go!’
The model previously walked in the show while she was about 5 months pregnant with daughter Lea De Seine, whom she shares with ex Bradley Cooper

Irina Shayk is returning to the Victoria’s Secret runway, and the fashion move is somewhat of a full-circle moment!
The 2024 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show marks the supermodel’s first since welcoming daughter Lea De Seine Shayk Cooper — who “secretly” walked the runway with her at her first and only show in 2016, she recalled while chatting with Entertainment Tonight backstage.
When asked what Lea, 7, thinks of her mom’s profession, the model said, “I don’t know, you should probably one day ask her.”
“I mean, last time I walked [a] Victoria’s Secret Show I was 4½, 5 months pregnant, so here we go. I’m back,” she told ET while preparing to walk the runway in the Oct. 15 show.
“And my daughter probably will [be] watching it later,” she added of Lea, whom she shares with ex Bradley Cooper.
After the outlet pointed out that at just 7 years old, Lea has technically graced the runway with her, the model said, “Yes, she did.”
“Secretly, actually,” she clarified. “Secretly.”

As for whether Lea will ever follow in her mom’s modeling footsteps — and how Shayk would react — the model shared a glimpse into her and Cooper’s parenting philosophies.
“Well, we say it’s most important to raise a nice and kind and loving child,” she told ET. “And the rest doesn’t really matter.”
In the 2016 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, Shayk strutted on the runway in outfits that helped to conceal her growing bump.
For one of her looks, the model wore a red lace halter bra and matching bottoms, plus a beaded fringe jacket that was buttoned closed to hide her stomach. Another featured knee-high latex boots and a dramatic floor-length trench coat worn over sexy lingerie.

A backstage source told PEOPLE at the time people backstage had no idea the star was expecting.
“Looking back, some of her outfits were less revealing in the stomach and seeing the news after the show, it made sense,” the insider told PEOPLE. “No one suspected backstage, that’s for sure! She looked as beautiful as ever.”
