Jaden Smith is putting on strength!
The rapper and actor, who is 23 years old, displayed his honed muscles in two shirtless selfies that he posted on Instagram before going out to perform on Justin Bieber’s Justice Tour. The tour was forced to take a temporary hiatus after Bieber tested positive for COVID-19.
Smith captioned the post with the phrase “On the road again,” and it also included photographs of his luxurious hotel room and his Louis Vuitton baggage at the time.
Since his parents, Jada Pinkett Smith and Will Smith, staged an intervention in 2019 out of concern that he had become too thin, Smith has been making efforts to put on weight. His mother Jada Pinkett Smith and his father Will Smith are the ones who did this.
“Will and I had a bit of an intervention with Jaden because he’s a vegan now, but we realized he wasn’t getting enough protein,” Jada, who is 50 years old, disclosed on an episode of her show Red Table Talk that aired in September of 2019. As a result, he was deteriorating. just put, he appeared exhausted; he was just empty; he was not receiving the nutrients that he needed.
Will, who is 53 years old, continued by saying, “He had dark circles under his eyes, and there was even a little something gray to his skin.” The situation caused us a great deal of anxiety, but you are looking much better now at least.
While Jaden was making an appearance in December 2021 with Jada and his grandmother Adrienne “Gammy” Banfield-Norris, he reminisced on the work that he has put in since then. He stated that he has changed his diet and begun gaining muscle.

He stated, “I was able to work with the doctors and really get my vitamins and supplements and protein shakes.” He also mentioned that he was able to get supplements. “That’s fifty percent of my diet. I have to figure out how to access my body, which is similar to a password. I am approximately ten pounds heavier than I was at this stage.
After showing shirtless photographs of him performing in 2019, Jaden gave an explanation that he has been going to the gym in order to gain weight. He also mentioned how much of a difference it has made in his appearance.
Looking at the photographs, he commented, “That was a long way from where I was when I was at Coachella, where I just was like, bones.” He was referring to his performance at Coachella. “At first, I felt I was so tight. I thought to myself, “This.” This is something that I am swagging about. To the point where I have to remove my top right this second.’”
On the other side, Jaden’s father is going through a different kind of journey with his body type. Due to the fact that he gained weight during the epidemic and declared in May 2021 that he is “in the worst shape of my life,” Will is currently making efforts to increase his physical fitness.
Since then, he has documented his metamorphosis in a YouTube series called Best Shape of My Life. Although he did not disclose his final weight, a freshly ripped Will stated in the final episode that he “don’t look bad.” “Best Shape of My Life”
