Music mogul Diddy continues to face five new shocking lawsuits filed in the Southern District Court of New York (USA), accusing him of raping, drugging, having sex with and threatening to kill his victims.

In court documents obtained by Page Six on Oct. 14, an unnamed woman claims Diddy raped her in 2004. She was 19 when she was invited to a photo shoot and then to his Marriott hotel room in Manhattan.
At the “more private party,” the college student was taken to “a separate room from the main party,” where the door was locked, and she claims Diddy attacked her and her friends.
The rapper reportedly “threatened to kill them both” if they did not comply.
In a separate complaint, an unnamed man accused Diddy of aggravated sexual assault in a Macy’s department store warehouse in 2008.
The man said he was threatened to be “killed” by Diddy and two bodyguards because the rapper allegedly raped him.
Another unnamed man accused Diddy of drugging and raping him in a van outside the “White Party” in 2006.
He claimed the Grammy-winning artist “ignored” his pleas by repeatedly telling him “it will be fine”.
Another alleged Diddy asked her to “expose herself” in 1998 before touching her then 16-year-old genitals.
The fifth victim is a woman who accuses Diddy of raping her at a 1995 party promoting Biggie Smalls’ music video One More Chance .

She accused Diddy of “violently beating her, slamming her head against the wall” before hitting her again and raping her.
The rapper has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing since his arrest in September 2024.
The creator of Bad Boy Records has been arrested in New York City and charged with sex trafficking, extortion, and prostitution.
He is being held without bail in Brooklyn, New York, after pleading not guilty.
The victims in the latest civil lawsuit against Diddy are all represented by attorney Tony Buzbee , who announced earlier this month that he was representing more than 100 victims.
During a press conference on October 1, Buzbee revealed that he was keeping a list of Diddy’s accomplices that could shock the public when A-list names are brought to light.
