Jamie Foxx addresses his mysterious health scare in a one-man show in Atlanta.

Foxx, 56, took the stage for the first time since his health scare in “One More Chance: An Evening with Jamie Foxx.”

“God is so good…. As I post these photos, my heart and soul are filled with pure joy…on October 3rd, 4th and 5th, I have the opportunity to tell my story and there is no better place than Atlanta, Georgia,” the “Django Unchained” actor wrote Monday on Instagram.

“When people ask me if this is a stand-up comedy show, I say no, it’s an artistic interpretation. About some things that went horribly wrong, but thanks to the wonderful people of Atlanta, especially Piedmont Hospital, you guys allowed me to come back and stand on stage and do what I love to do most…” he added.

Representatives for Foxx did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.

The Oscar-winning actor spoke to concerned fans outside a restaurant in Phoenix, Arizona, in July, trying to get answers about what happened when he suffered a “medical complication.”

“Look, April 11 of last year, headache was so bad, I asked my son for an Advil,” Foxx said before snapping his fingers. “I was gone for 20 days.”

“I don’t remember anything,” Jamie told fans at the restaurant. “So they told me — I was in Atlanta — they told me, my sister and my daughter, they took me to the first doctor and they said… ‘No,’ gave me a cortisone shot.

“The next doctor said, ‘Something’s going on there.’ I won’t say that on camera. But it’s…” Foxx said, nodding thoughtfully.

Corinne Foxx revealed on April 12, 2023, that her father was recovering from a medical complication.

“Thankfully, thanks to quick action and excellent care, he is on the road to recovery,” she wrote on social media at the time. “We know how much he was loved and appreciate your prayers. The family requests privacy during this time.”

Foxx has not yet revealed the medical condition he is suffering from.

According to IMDb, the Grammy winner has eight projects slated for the future and finished filming “Back in Action” last year after production was halted due to his health scare.

At that point, production continued with body doubles until Foxx returned to set.

The film also features Cameron Diaz returning to the silver screen after her last leading role in 2014, where she worked alongside Foxx in “Annie.”
